An entry into the 1995 AQS Fashion Show Competition, "Courting a Cosmos" was an award-winning ensemble which includes a coat and pants and a sleeveless top underneath. A combination of black corded silk and other silks and blends combined in this pieced, quilted and beaded garment. Accompanying black silk corded pants and vest top bound with green used in coat. Vest and pants lined. Garment measurements: Coat - circumference at full bust 46", circumference at hip 56", circumference at upper arm 13", length from mid-shoulder to hem 44", arm length from shoulder to wrist 22 1/2".
Vest - circumference at full bust 40", circumference at waist 36", circumference at high hip 41". Pants - circumference at waist -elastic unstretched 26", elastic stretched 30", circumference at hip 48", length from mid-waist to hem 38 1/2".
