Pheasant Feathers Coat and Hat

Prize winning garment in the 1990's AQS Fashion Show in Paducah, KY. Pieced and appliqued cotton, silk and rayon with appliqued black velvet on shoulders. Coiled and applied gold thread and pheasant feathers. *Skirt and matching tank top no longer available. Hat with pheasant feathers included with jacket. Garment measurements: Full bust 38", waist 36", hip 40", sleeve from shoulder - wrist 23 1/2". Maximum body measurements this garment will fit: Bust 34", Waist 33", Hip 8" down from waist 36".
