Panel Play Vest

This Panel Play Vest has front and back panels of curvy edged strips with edges covered with gold bias tape and bordered with metallic gold fabric.  The vest is close fitting and has a short body of off-white silk noil.  A perfect garment for a holiday party or celebration. It is closed with three off-white, gold-rimmed buttons and fabric loops. Size S.
