City Wraps, Cropped Coat View, of Fabric Shreds, Size Large.  Made by sandwiching shreds of matchstick sized shreds of fabric between foundation and water-soluble film and stitching all over.  Lined, edges bound.  Garment measurements: Bust 45", fits maximum bust size of 38-40", High hip 44" fits maximum high hip measurement of 38-40", Front Mid Shoulder length to hem 22 3/4", Center Back Neck to bottom back 22 3/4".  Hand washing recommended.  Decorative front button closure hides large snap actual closure.
