Shifting Perspectives: Industrial Shift

"Shifting Perspectives: Industrial Shift".  50" x 50".  This quilt was one of the projects in my 2006 book, Shifting Perspectives published by C&T Publishing.  It starts with sixteen identical 15" blocks from which fifteen 10 1/2 " blocks are cut, but in different specified places.  Some of the trimmings are used in the borders. The quilt was pieced from commercial cotton fabrics, including a piece of African fabric and machine quilted.
